ReLoved is our official resale marketplace where you can buy and sell pre-owned Frank & Eileen garments, extending the life of our high-quality Italian fabrics and sustainable designs.
What condition are the items in?
Every item listed is inspected for quality. We categorize products into three tiers: Excellent (like new), Very Good (minor signs of wear), and Good (visible wear but well-maintained).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for pre-loved items?
To maintain the sustainability of our resale program, all ReLoved purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing description.
Can I use Frank & Eileen gift cards on ReLoved?
Currently, ReLoved operates on a separate checkout system. Store credit earned from selling your items can be used on ReLoved, but traditional gift cards are only valid on our main site.

We verify every piece through our digital authentication process, cross-referencing fabric types, labels, and construction details to ensure you are receiving genuine Frank & Eileen products.
